What if I told you that I could teach you a Self Defense & Combatives System so devastatingly effective that the Deputy U.S. Marshals on the Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force are prohibited from using even the most basic techniques in it?
My name is Jeremy Haas, I’m the founder of ARCS Krav Maga. I would like to share a couple short news stories with you that are the reason I started teaching everyday people, just like you, how to defend themselves.
A 29-year-old Wilmington man has become the eighth person to die in the city’s persistent gun violence this year. Dewayne Brown was shot in the head about 10:45 p.m. Thursday as he sat in a parked car near East 10th and North Spruce streets, Cpl. Mark Ivey said Friday. An unidentified person drove him to Wilmington Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, he said. He was the second man shot that night, the city’s 31st and 32nd gun violence victims this year.———————————————————————————————————————————
Pennsylvania schoolteacher Jim Addlespurger was walking home, minding his own business, when a group of teenagers knocked him out in broad daylight with no warning at all. He dropped face-down to the curb. It’s called the “knockout game”: teenagers knocking people out for the fun of it. They even target women and children. Cases are piling up, and police are on high alert. “I was hit with one punch that knocked me to the cold concrete,” said Addlespurger, who has since recovered from the attack, which was caught on video. “It’s a horrific thing to see, and I’m fortunate that I’m alive here to tell you about it.”
We Now Live in the Most Violent
Time in Our Nation’s History!!
According to the FBI there are 1.4 Million active gang members in the United States and only 800,000 active police officers to stop them. That includes all local, state, campus and federal police from every college cop to The Secret Service.
The violent nature of crime has nearly quadrupled since the 1970’s in spite of the fact that the prisons house twice as many inmates.
Since the year 2000 school mass murders have increased in frequency and body count. These are the worst of the worst, the most violent criminals known to man…murders, rapist, drug traffickers…They now roam the streets you live on, it doesn’t matter if you live in a huge city or a small town, you are now Their Target
Now More Than EVER You Must
Be Able to Defend Yourself and Your Family
I have taught members from every branch of the US Military, including numerous Special Forces Operators, and members of numerous foreign military units as well. I have taught officers from every agency in federal law enforcement as well as numerous state and local law enforcement officers.
These guys all know that every day they are going to war against violent criminals that don’t play by the rules, so they took it upon themselves to track me down and try to tip the scales in their favor. These officers recognized that their agencies were more concerned with trying to avoid lawsuits by scumbag criminals than trying to protect their officers from injury by violently resisting fugitives.
You are not armed and trained like a top notch law enforcement officer or elite military special operator, yet you are going out into the very same world every day with the exact same criminals that they hunt.
Don’t You Want to
Stack the Deck in Your Favor?
Here is what a British SAS Operator has to say…
If fighting can be avoided then it is best for all as the consequences are usually worse at the end, for some fatal. I have seen many serious ends to fights that could have been avoided in the first place, but even if you are going to avoid them you have to have the edge…. just in case, which is what this email is all about! In my younger days (especially after poverty took hold) fighting became a means to an end, a way of putting a meal on the table. I was good at it and so the only way to be able to survive in many ways was to fight and I did. I used to fight at pre-arranged places for money (most prize monies were shite), but at least it was money at the end of the day, or the end of the bell, but we did it all the same and for many years unbeknown to family members.
My point is that we had no access to proper classes, no instruction simply because we either couldn’t afford it or we just, well, we couldn’t afford it plain and simple. We learned as we fought and used personal skills to our advantage – we had to – but we certainly didn’t have access to video or DVD teaching most of which were too technical, too involved, and too boring for my liking.
I was, admitted, impatient (aren’t we all) but the fact of the matter is I wished there was some way we could have honed our skills a little better, maybe instruction could have been simplified, create interest and develop better.
Now there is – http://www.arcsselfdefense.com/self-defense-techniques-001/ – I was asked to review ARCS (Automatic Reflex Combat System) by my associates and to be honest told them that most DVD tutorials bored me and I would not have made it past the first 10 minutes… …OK I bore easily, but lets face it how many Cher videos have YOU watched through to the end and the first 10 minutes can you actually say you looked at her face! Well it was the same for me; too boring.
So I agreed to take a look at Jeremy Haas’ set of DVD’s and online training modules. As usual I picked up the first one I grabbed, actually it was one of the middle of the course and sat and watched a few minutes, then 10, then 20 and actually finished the DVD – which is a first for me. With this shock I decided to start from the beginning and see them through. I did, again a first. I was impressed!
My opinion: if you are looking for instruction that you feel you can pick up, understand and apply IF you need to then I have to take my hat off to this guy. I respect anyone who can explain something to me WITHOUT boring the shit out of me in the first few minutes. His clear and concise explanations described and delivered with a style that you know is based on knowledge and not pure guess work. As a former street fighter I can relate to his teachings and to be honest see quite clearly how I could have (and could if needed) apply those methods on the street in conditions that I hope you do NOT find yourself in.
This guy is indeed a good teacher. I don’t review many products for the reasons given earlier. but this one interested me. It is in some ways part of my past (good or bad), I can relate, I understand the way he explained the movements, attack styles, precision punches etc. It didn’t bore me; it held my interest and that in alone made me carry on to see them through. I wouldn’t review anything that I had not tried or at least tested.
I am not proud of my past in many ways, but up to yet I have survived thus far. Jeremy Haas’ ARCS Self Defense & Combatives System DVD set gives fight training and the techniques that you can apply to any situation you may find yourself in.
In this world as it is, ANY advantage you can have could be the edge you need. I like this Fighting System DVD set, it delivers in one style I feel at home with – NO BULL!
Train hard today to see tomorrow through!

P.S. What I most liked about ARCS was it can give you the tools to take a part an attacker even though he may be bigger, faster, and stronger than you. (And let’s face it we are hardly going to be attacked regularly by anyone smaller, weaker and slower than us!)
ARCS Krav Maga is the Only System that Matters
The hand-to-hand method of choice for elite military and law enforcement officers in Israeli Krav Maga. Krav Maga is fairly straight forward and very effective form of combatives…
It doesn’t make use of your strongest asset, your reflex defense mechanism (aka the startle flinch reflex).
Automatic Reflex Combatives Systems (ARCS) is
Light Years Ahead of Any Self-Defense System Being Taught Today
- I teach you to bridge the gap between your instinctual reflex reactions and the learned combatives techniques I teach that are rooted in Israeli Krav Maga and various other martial arts.
- This is extremely important since most fights are won or lost in the first few critical seconds!
- ARCS Krav Maga is a modern, reality-based method of training characterized by simple techniques that are easily and naturally learned
- Anyone can master these simple movements.
- These simple self-defense techniques will work for a variety of attack scenarios, this means you a few reflexive techniques and you’ll be able deal with many different types of attacks.
- ARCS Krav Maga is designed to take adults with little, or no previous experience, and bring them to a high level, very quickly.
ARCS Krav Maga Will Quickly Train You to
Effectively Defend Yourself and/or Your Loved Ones
Don’t take my word for it, read what my students think about ARCS Krav Maga…
Jeremy…I’m proud I trained with you. You showed me more martial arts Truths in a year than I learned in 4.5 years from a 7th Dan Shotokan/4th Dan Hapkido sensei. He called me today to ask me to come back. I’d rather drive an hour one-way to get fragmented Truths spaced months apart from you.You Know…. I ain’t blowing smoke up your ass. I’ve got a 150 IQ. Multiple degrees in technology and business. I’ve never met ANYONE who can practically deliver the message and the wisdom the way you do. I plan to come back as soon as I can bulldoze my roadblocks. There are many, but they are falling.
I don’t care about belts or tests. I want to learn your style and theory of conflict and how to deal with it. The history is fascinating too I analyze systems and problems. You are very effective in both communicating and teaching martial arts knowledge (read) and wisdom (learned through experience).
We also have the same body type. I’m a dense MF’er though. If you can teach me then you can teach anyone.

Hello Mr. Haas,
Thank you for your commitment to making your ARCS DVD’s available, thereby preparing and equipping people like me to protect myself and family.
This morning I was training with “Bob” (my dummy partner) and at the same time going back to listening and reviewing your previous ARCS Krav Maga Level 1 DVD. At the 44:56 minutes mark you were commenting on striking certain areas of the body; to not worry about “…picking certain little pressure points”, like some “…frick’n Chinese guy with a mustache and beard.” I LOVE IT! I love what you had to say. I enjoy your choice of words, description, and sense of humor; It just cracked me up!
For me your comment is funny and serious on two levels. First, I could see in my mind this ancient Chinese master because I grew up with this fantasy. At one time, these masters were immortal to me. I romanticized about their mystical, magical abilities. Secondly, I appreciate your candid, straight to the point, no non-sense views on the reality of combat. It’s simply EFFICIENT and DIRECT. Thank you.
Some of the Best Training I’ve Every Had! The videos are laid out so that’s it’s easy to use and the self-defense techniques learn. Jeremy’s style of teaching makes using the DVD’s fun, none of the yelling and screaming I’ve seen in other DVD’s. My advice to anyone wanting to learn how to defend yourself is to get these videos and practice what Mr. Haas teaches.

I have been training jiu-jitsu for 6 years, which gives me some self-confidence while walking the streets. Luckily I’ve never had to use it. This gives me a totally different view on self-defense, which seems to be the missing link between the martial arts and the street fight. Drastically changes my point of view, and in case of a real situation increases my chances to win. Recommended read for everybody interested in self-defense (which should be everyone these times), good start for training.
